Vibe-coding video games with kids

This week, the Innovation Profs taught our annual Innovation and Creativity Camp in conjunction with Urbandale Parks and Rec. We worked with a group of 8- to 13-year-olds on 3D printing, t-shirt printing, sticker making, robots, CNC machines and more.

Some of the students planned out video games using this worksheet, and we brought them to life using Claude, Gemini and ChatGPT. Students then played the games and iterated on improvements they wanted made.
